There are two important theorems in chapter Circles.
Open NCERT maths class 10. Chapter: Circles
1) Page 208: Theorem 10.1
The tangent at any point of a circle is perpendicular to the radius through the point of contact.
2) Page 211 : Theorem 10.2
The lengths of tangents drawn from an external point to a circle are equal.
