Hey friend!☺

Let the diameter of the circle be xcm

Circumference exceeds the diameter by 6.8cm.

Circumference=diameter+6.8
Circumference= x+6.8

We know that,

Circumference=πd

x+6.8=22/7(x)

x+6.8=22x/7

7(x+6.8) = 22x

7x+47.6 = 22x

47.6 = 22x - 7x

47.6 = 15x

47.6/15=x

x=3.174cm
So.
Diameter=3.174cm

Radius = diameter/2 = 3.174/2 =1.587cm

Thus.,
The radius of the circle is 3.174cm.

Hope this. Helps!◆

circumferece = 2  \times \pi \times r
circumference =2×22/7×4
circumference =44r/7
diameter =2r

circumference =diameter+6. 8
44r/7=2r+6.8
44r/7-2r=6.8
(44r-14r)/7=6.8
30r=6.8×7
30r=47.6
r=47.6/30
r=1.59
