The circumference of the circle is 432 cm

Explanation:

Formula : Circumference of a circle = 2\pi r , wher r is the radius of the circle.

Circumference of semicircle =\pi r

Given : Circumference of a semicircle is 108 cm.

i.e. \pi r=108\\\\ r=\dfrac{108}{\pi}

Diameter of semicircle = 2r= 2(\dfrac{108}{\pi})=\dfrac{216}{\pi} cm

Now , radius of new circle = Diameter of semicircle =\dfrac{216}{\pi} cm

Circumference of circle = 2\pi r= 2\pi \times\dfrac{216}{\pi} = 432\ cm

Hence, the circumference of the circle is 432 cm.
