2x = 2 r
r = x/
area = x/ * x/ *
second circle let circumference be 3x .
3x = 2 r
r = 1.5 x/
area = x/ * x/ * * 2.25
ratio = 4:9
2x = 2 r
r = x/
area = x/ * x/ *
