circumfrences of two circles are in ratio of 2:3 then what will be their areas?

first circle let circumference be 2x .
2x = 2  \pi r
r = x/ \pi
area = x/ \pi * x/ \pi *

second circle let circumference be 3x .
3x = 2  \pi r
r = 1.5 x/ \pi
area = x/ \pi * x/ \pi *  \pi * 2.25

ratio = 4:9

simply its 4:9
how...?
   circumferance is in the ratio 2:3
 radius contain a square in it hence the answer is simply 4:9
