Yes, The constitution of India is quite dynamic as it is continuously evolving with time.

Let us take an example

When Indira Gandhi imposed emergency in 1975 by using the article 352 of Indian Constitution giving the reason of internal disturbance

Then what she did in that period of 21 months was the black spot on Indian democracy

After that period to avoid such acts which damages the reputation of country, the Constitution is amended & criteria required for imposing emergency was then made harder like replacing the internal disturbance word with armed rebellion etc .

So this is the dynamic nature of our Constitution which allows it to continuously evolve with the coming challenges, also making Supreme Court the final interpreter of constitution as well as the guardian of rights.A lao this interpretation changes with time as in case of right to privacy which supreme court earlier in 1961 stated that it was not fundamental right, but changed its decisions with the changing circumstances.
