On the last day of December, 1929 session of Congress a resolution was passed for "Purna Swaraj". That includes proposal for the Civil Disobedience Movement. The session was held at Lahore, Pakistan.

\textbf{Civil Disobedience Movement : }

This movement was launched by M. K. Gandhi by breaking "Salt Law". On 6 April, 1930 he made salt from sea water at Dandi. This was the starting of Civil disobedience movement. In the movement people not only refuse to cooperate with the government but also started breaking unjust laws of the British Government. We can say that this movement was a Updated version of Non-cooperation movenent.
