Because Cl- ion has less Effective Nuclear Charge than K+ ion.

Cl- has larger size than K+ although they both have same electronic configuration because Cl has more electrons than protons so inter-electronic repulsion is more whereas, K+ have one electron less therefore, the electrons are more attracted to the nucleus.
