Answer:

the amount of water = 5/12 gallon + 1/3 gallon

now we take the L.C.M of 12 and 3 which is 12

so, 5/12 + 4/12 = total amout of water

9/12 = total amount of water

answer = 3/4 gallons

Answer:

9/12 gallon

explanation:

amount of water in the bucket= 5/12 gallon

amount of water added = 1/3 gallon

total amount of water = 5/12+ 1/3

                                    = 5/12 + 4/12

                                     = 5+4/12

                                     = 9/12 gallons of water

hence the total water in the bucket is 9/12 gallon.

pls mark it as brainiest
