"these are not raindrops falling from the sky , they are new coins " this states that ,for lencho in this story "letter to god" these are more than silver coins for lencho because he has done lot of hard for corps to grow and he's the only earner for his family to fulfill their needs . one day when hailstorms spoiled the field of every farmer , this hurt a lot to lencho and he decided to write a letter to god and demand 100 pesos for his crops .
