LONG - CRAMPED BOUGHS SHUFFLING UNDER THE ROOF.
LIKE NEWLY DISCHARGED PATIENTS
HALF DAZED, MOVING
TO THE CLINIC DOORS.

Answer: here the trees are moving from the poets house to the forest which was empty all these days the poet compare the trees to newly discharged patient because the trees are moving half dizzy and in unconsicious state.
