(1) finite , beacause no is 1 to 1000 under count.

(2) infinite, because greater than 1000, which is out of counting.

(3) finite, because only 2 is a natural number which square is 4.

(4) finite, 1& 2 only nuber putting in x make equation zero.

HEY MATE!!!!
Here is ur answer ⬇️⬇️
_________________________________
(i) {1,2,3......999,1000}
The given set has a finite set because in this set elements are finite in number.✔

(ii) The set of positive integers greater than 1000
The given set form a infinite set.✔

(iii) {x : x€N & x^2 =4}
x is a natural number where x = 2
So, This set form a finite set.✔

(iv) {x:x€N and (x-1)(x-2) =0}
{x € N and x = 1 , 2}
So, This set form a finite set.✔
