a farmer brought a mongoose for his child to be happy, his wife did not like it. she always used to have a doubt on the mongoose that it may hurt her child. Once she went to the market saying her husband to take care of the baby he said yes I will keep an eye on them. after some time he saw his friend nearby so he went to visit him by thinking the mongoose will take care of everything. So he left, the mongoose was taking care of the baby very well. After sometime a snake entered the house and tried to bite the baby, seeing this the mongoose got alert and started fighting with it, the mongoose killed the snake. The mongoose's mouth was full of blood. Soon the farmer's wife arrived, the mongoose waiting near the door for her, as soon as she came near the house she saw the mongoose's mouth full of blood, she thought that her child was be bitten and been killed by the mongoose.She rushes to her baby leaving the basket on the poor mongoose. when she see's her baby it was safe and sound sleeping on the cradel happily , she cries saying what have I done I have killed you, you have saved my child by touching the mongoose. Then she wiped her tears and went to feed her baby.
THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS : Never take the decision without knowing what had happened or it will lead you to make a mistake.
