So, Here total height will be = Distance of hand + original distance which is given in que.
Because here both potential and Kinetic energy will act.
Therefore, H = 2 + 0.2
H = 2.2m
Now, put it in the fomula,
F = mgh/s
= 0.2 × 10 × 2.2/0.2
= 10 × 2.2
= 22N
Your option (b) is the correct answer.
