Solution :-

→ Total Question in test = 10

now,

→ Question attempted by megha = 10

and,

→ Correct answer = 1

→ Incorrect answer = 10 - 1 = 9

then,

→ Total score = correct answer * marks for every correct answer + incorrect answer * marks deducted for each incorrect answer .

→ Total score = 1 * 4 + 9 * (-1)

→ Total score = 4 - 9

→ Total score = (-5) (Ans.)

Hence, megha Total score was (-5) marks .
