Allopolyploids are polyploids with chromosomes are obtained from various species.  

Precisely it's the output of multiplying the chromosome number in an F1 hybrid.  

Triticale an example of an allopolyploid containing six chromosome sets allohexaploid four from wheat and two from rye.

Mules are result of diploid male donkey and diploid female horse reproducing.  

Donkey has 62 chromosomes but horse has 64 chromosomes.
