Vector quantities are those who is given with magnitude and direction. Eg. :Velocity, displacement,weight..

Scalar quantities are those who are given with only direction.. Eg. : Speed, mass..

velocity is vector quantity that denotes the rate of change of position with respect to time, or a speed with the directional component. And speed is The rate of motion or action, specifically (mathematics)/(physics) the magnitude of the velocity; the rate distance is traversed in a given time.

Displacement is the shortest path covered by an object...

HOPE this helps u plz mark as brainless.. Plz

Displacement is vector. Velocity is also vector. Speed and time are scalar.
