First we we know about Elements, Mixtures and Compound :

1) Element : Pure substance which consists of same type of atoms.

2) Mixture : Physical combination of different substances such that identities if it's components are retained.

3) Compound : Pure substance which consists of two or more type of atoms.

Now, Coming to the question.
a) Sugar :
Sugar is a compound as it consists of two or more type of atoms such as Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen.

b) Sea water is a mixture as it consists of different compounds /ions present in sea but they are not bonded to each other.

c) Distilled water :
Pure substance is a compound that consists of only Hydrogen and Oxygen which are covalently bonded to each other.

d) Carbon Dioxide :
It is a covalent compound as it consists of Carbon and Oxygen bonded to each other.

e) Copper wire is an element as it consists of only Copper metal.

f) Table Salt is a chemical compound consists of sodium and Chlorine ionically bonded to each other.

g) Silver plate is an element as it consists of one element I. e, Silver.

h) Naphthalene Balls:
Organic Compound consists of Carbon and Hydrogen.

Elements are chemical substances that cannot be broken down into simpler substances by any chemical reactions.
Compounds are substances that are composed of more than one molecules held together by bonds.
Mixture is simply a combination of different substances, 2 or more.

Sugar: Sugar is a compound made of Carbon, Hydrogen, and Oxygen.

Sea water: Sea water is a mixture that contains different types of ions and molecules in it.

Distilled water: Distilled water is simply made of water molecules, hence it is a compound (made of Hydrogen and Oxygen).

Carbon Dioxide: It is a compound made of Carbon and Oxygen

Copper wire: It is made of pure copper, so it is an element.

Table salt: Table salt is a compound made of Na and Cl (elements).

Silver plate: It is made of pure silver, and is hence an element.

Naphthalene balls: They are made of naphthalene, so it is a compound (made of Carbon and Hydrogen).
