On the basis of frequency of evaporation valcanoes are classified as::
1)active:the constantly errupting volcanoes.
2)extinct: volcanoes which are no longer in the condition to be erruption.
3)dormant: volcanoes which have been inactive for a long time,but it have a possibility of erruption.
example:1)Mount St. Helens in the United States (US)
2)Mauna Kea (MK)
3)Mauna Loa (ML)
4)Hualalai (H)
5)Kohala (K).
