if U drink water from an unhygienic source it may that the contaminated water makes Ill U.
let's take an example if the water which comes from a dirty pipe so it happens that all the dirt particles dissolves in ur potable water that's why clear transport water is always fit for drinking

clear transport water is fit for drinking because it doesn't contain any harmful bacteria it's safe for drinking don't have any insoluble substances.
