cn anyone tell me how to save the battery safely in Samsung galaxy j7 ... the process should be safe... no app installations.. just the process should be in phone only

Try using the phone internet minimally to avoid excess battery usage. You can also restrict background usage of application so apps will not work in background till you open. No data will be destroyed also. You may also uncheck the update of apps so you will also save battery. Keep internet off when not in use. Avoid listening music or playing videos as they take consume more battery while buffering. Try it and see.
