*Advantages:
1)Here, in this government there are many parties which involves it's followers in it, thus this government is with full and a strong support from many people.
2) This government brings together a diverse range of people and organizations. It helps in solving more problems of more and more people according to different parties' Manifesto.
*And Disadvantages:
1) This government doesn't have more trust on each other as it can lack on clear objectives. On those common objectives ,it will be difficult to agree by all leaders of coalition government.
2)If this coalition government breaks down, it can harm the citizens as government changes. The development of that particular area will stop for that time, and there will many problems regarding jobs, health, education,etc.
