CODE OF CONDUCT

Code of conduct is the set of rules and regulations which is implemented by Election Commision which  are required for helding free and fair election. Election Commision is an independent body which is not under any body such as Legislature, Executive or Judiciary.

According to Code of Conduct:-

  • No party/candidate can use the name of place of worship for his/her election propoganda.
  • No minister shall lay foundation on any projects after annoucing date of election.
  • Ruling party can't use government vehicles or officials.
