the hand loom sector has been continuously declining in terms of funds. The cost of production is higher than the funds collected.

Due to this decline, the things are getting harder for cotton hand loomers, ready made industries are also causing a decline in this. These workers have no more work to do and also cottages are not helpful these days machines do the work instead of humans and these hand loom workers are in real trouble  the funds at least help them.

Now the government is providing funds and as they have realised there increasing poverty and debt. Their lives are in misery now though the textile production is increasing day by day .

Handloom workers and cotton growers were an important part of our society few years back when there was no textile industry established. They were given a huge amount of funds at that time and they earned much from their work. But with the growing textile industry and replacement of hand work with machinery these poor workers are no more able to get much work and their funds to cost ratio is very low that they do not get any benefit from their work. This is a very miserable condition to ponder upon the poor workers.
