Generic drugs are the pharmaceutical drugs which are similar to the brand name drugs and are developed by the other companies similar to that of brand name drugs. These drugs have the same clinical benefit to that of the brand name drugs but they differ in color, density, name and the filler ingredients etc. These generic drugs are subjected to the government rules and regulations.
