Wastage of water today will lead to the scarcity of water in the future generations. Even from the amount of water available to us, most of the water will be polluted. There will be huge destructions of life forms. The plants and animals will not get the water that they need to survive and grow. A big effect will be on the marine life. There will be no water to drink, to bathe, to wash clothes and utensils, to conduct the molecular activities in humans and plants, or for the aquatic animals and plants to take in the dissolved oxygen. Life on Earth is impossible without water. And that is the reason why there is no life on other planets.
