Dr. A is currently advising students with understanding that failure shouldn’t define who anybody is especially in the short term, if one’s goal is to better understand success. He is also emphasizing the importance of being gracious in life to his students. He himself has struggled as a student in Brazil and through patience and a lot of hard work, he turned his life around, making him understand failure, success, and gratitude. Dr. A cares so much for advising that he decided to write an eBook exclusively to help his students to better understand life. Tidbits by Dr. A is a collection of provocative thoughts written by Dr. A throughout his social media accounts along with some of his favorite quotes written by several industry leaders. Some of the content you will find in this book include, “Never underestimate what you don’t know or what you can’t see. Behind every star there is much unseen sweat.”
Research Expertise
An Award winning researcher, Dr. A holds a traditional definition of what research in communication education is. To him, research means publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals, presenting in peer-reviewed academic conferences, writing research proceedings and scholarly books containing a multitude of academic citations. Dr. A has published articles and presented academic conference presentations relating to health, technology and culture in a number of national and international journals. He has served as a consulting academic journal editor for 10 years and has chaired a number of PhD student’s dissertations and masters thesis. He is trained in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. He is currently increasing audience knowledge and awareness of the overuse of technology in society through the web, social media, with a though of culture.
