ISRO has launched 31 GSAT satellites to the orbit in which only three were a failed to accomplish the mission. GSAt satellites have been used for data, digital audio and video broadcasting services for both military and civilian platform. GSAT satellites have made the broadcasting services of India a self-reliant.
