Cigarettes and alcohol can damage the organs in the body to a large extent. Yet people tend to smoke and drink.

The reason is that there isn’t proper awareness and that young people consider it cool.

While cigarettes affect the lungs of an individual and results in high blood pressure, alcohol affects the liver and excessive drinking can permanently damage it.

Much has been done by the government on this issue and now it’s up to the people to start refraining.
