Hi there,

The UAE is protecting the environment by implementing policies and legislation through a ban on private ownership of dangerous animals.

UAE has passed the federal law no. 22 of 2016 by which only Zoos, breeding, wildlife parks, and research centers are allowed to keep wild or exotic animals.

Federal law no.16 of 2007, aims to maintain the right and protection of animals against cruelty in UAE.

Hope it helps you.

The federal law numbered as 22 of 2016, has been declared by the United Arab Emirates ( UAE ). Which maintains the trade and possession of the dangerous predatory and semi-dangerous animals.

Under this guideline only wildlife parks, circuses, zoos, research and breeding centers would be allowed to keep wild or exotic animals.
