The rivers are damaged by water pollution.
This happens because of people's various activities.. Like washing clothes in river, draining chemicals and waste from industry, throwing garbage in the river makes the river polluted and smelly.
Through all of this, after all it effects the life of the creatures living under the water.
Soil-
The soil contaminates because of industrial activities, agricultural chemicals, therefore this is known as soil pollution.
Mountain-
Air pollution that is caused due to exessive use of vehicles, and due to the smoke released by the industries is the major reason for cut in rainfall in mountains. This can also choke off the formation of precipitation in some semi-arid mountainous areas. This called mountain pollution.
