Androecium : It is a male reproductive part of a flower. It consists of Anther and Filament.

Gynoecium : It is a female reproductive part of a flower. It consists of Stigma, style and Ovary.

Comparison between Androecium and Gynoecium :

Anther in androecium makes male gamete i.e; Pollen grains while Ovary of gynoecium makes Ovule.

Androecium contain a bilobed structure at tip called as Anther and connected to base through filaments while Gynoecium contains a flat structure at tip known as Stigma and a tubular structure which connects stigma to ovary such tubular structure is known as Style.

Anther releases pollen grains while Stigma captures pollen grains.
