The origin of four major rivers of India is: "Yamuna – Yamunotri Glacier" in the Himalayas. Ganga from the "Gangotri Glacier" from the Himalayas. Brahmaputra originates from "Mansarovar lake" in Tibet. Indus originates from Mansarovar in Tibet.
