In Telangana and Andhra Pradesh :  in Telugu language:

   Ativrishthi,  Anavrishthi ...  meaning  Either it rains too much or too less.

   Daridrudi pelliki vadagalla vana... means   It (badly) rains hails , when a poor fellow gets married (finally).

   enta endaku ante godugu   means   we hold an umbrella whose size depends on the amount of rain falling down..
   
    vaanoste  kappalaku pandaga     means  when it rains it is a festival for the frogs.
