Colloidial solutions are very small in size . We cannot see them through naked eyes but as they show tyndal effect that is they scatter a beam of light that is why they are said to be heterogeneous.

HIYA!!!!

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

Colloidal solutions are the solution which have very small particles. They are a type of heterogeneous mixture. they appear to be homogeneous because they have relatively small size of particles as compared to that of a suspension. So they appear to be like a true solution as there particles wont be visible to us with our naked eyes.
