 \bold{\frac{x}{2}  -\frac{y}{3}-y=\frac{1}{6}  }

 \bold{\frac{x}{2}  -\frac{y}{3}-\frac{3y}{3}=\frac{1}{6}  }

 \bold{\frac{x}{2}  -\frac{4y}{3}=\frac{1}{6}  }

  \bold{{3x} -{8y}={1}  }

Multiply the both the sides by 6

a= 3

b= -8

c= 1
