This is an interesting question. When Drauapdi challenged her status, Bhishma said that only Yudhishthira could answer. So, he passed the buck.

Vikarna, a Kaurava brother, raised and said that as she was a common wife of them all, Yudhishthira had no sole right to stake her and as such her “loss” was illegal. All others were silent, aghast at the proceedings.

Note that none went past legality and raised moral and ethical questions.
