The Frog was a very cruel creature.

He was always jealous of the nightingale and that is why he made her life hell.

He was very proud of his voice which in reality was very bad.

Due to his jealousy, he made the nightingale do impossible stuff and as a result killed her to reclaim his place as the king of the bog.
