An unpaid seller is the person who has not been paid the price of goods sold or some selling terms have been not followed
Now the unpaid seller can excercise right of stoppage in transit when he has lost possession of the goods. Additionally, if the buyer is unsolvent then also the unpaid seller will halt the transit of goods. He will do that by stopping the delivery process in whichever stage he is and this is the right of unpaid seller
