Comment on the use of personification in the poem 'song of the rain'

The rain has been personified in the poem as it talks about itself in the first person. It sings about its arrival and departure and adorns its beauty.
"I am beautiful pearls",
"I emerge from the heart of the sea",
"I am dotted silver threads" are some of the examples of personification.
