a very loving and caring sister ,persome is extremely fond of her brother,the bishop.she feels very possesive of her brother's estate, furniture and even things like salt cellars.she is also upset that people take advantage of her brother's simplicity, benevolence and generosity.her character presents a sharp contrast to that of her brother.
