EXPLANATION:

The Upanishads say that a word once spoken can never be retreated. A word is so powerful that it can cause any amount of destruction. Thus when we make comments we have to be very careful.  

All types of communication be it formal or informal follow a specific channel of passing called the ‘Grapevine’. This mode of communication spreads like wild fire. Just as a vine sprawls all over the place clinging to all available space out comments too never go unheard.

Someone somewhere hears it and passes it on to someone else who in turn passes it on and ultimately a huge number of people hear it. So there is no scope of comments being unheard.
