Explanation:

Fighter pilots actually operate the weapons platform. They can concentrate on the weapons, while a powerful computer can fly the aircraft. They are trained how to strike a target from miles away. They have a highly disciplined and highly intense training, while the commercial pilots focus on safe and comfortable flight, as they carry hundreds of passengers and lots of tons more than fighter pilots do. Fighter pilots are taught extremely hard maneuvers, and air-to-air combat techniques. How to position themselves while striking a hostile bird with air-to-air missiles, etc, and how to maneuver the bird if they are being chased by a surface-to-air missile. In cases of their life risk or fatal system failures, the crew are allowed to perform the last step - seat ejection, as a last resort. An explosive catapult fires the ejection seat off within a fraction of a second, dropping them off in the air with a parachute. The fighter pilots are taught to perform steep climbs (ascending with the nose facing the sky), to make 360 degree turns, stall from an altitude and recover it, etc. for combat purposes, as well as airshows.
