Communication is best understood as a process.we can share our informotion , knowledge , feeling ,ideas ,etc through communication.We can talk to anybody in world in sitting our own room so communication is very useful.

Communication is a two way process.

It is best understood in a way that there is a sender and a receiver. The sender sends message through a medium which is received by the receiver through a channel.

This process is called encoding and decoding. Thus, the entire process is a two way process.
