Communication is required by a firm in order to transmit ideas and information. Human begins have no choice but to communicate while running a commercial enterprise.

In an enterprise people working different departments and job roles. Using communication the company communicates with their staff members in order to get their work done.

Similarly, links are established with the outside world through effective communication. Different ideas, data, expressions, approaches, emotions, feed backs go from one person to another n a business without which work will cease to exist.
