The sultanates first ruler was qutbuddin aybak who started the sultanate and the ruler of the first Mughal emperor is Babur who succeeded to the throne of ferghana in 1988 sultanates had a strict tax which for they had a muqtis to collect revenues called iqtas and iqtadars mughals had a very good taxer todar mal who helped akbar in administration the main contrast is that they differ in taxes,administration,armies,trading,tradition,games,prayers,holy books.
