nothing is in at absolute rest in this universe because rest and motion are relative terms so if you want to see an object in rest then we are not we have to we can see only it in dreams because when we see from other planets Earth is rotating so the whole whole things present on the earth is also moving still for the people and the are there on reast

When a body does not change its position from one place to another place with respect to its surroundings, then the body is said to be at rest. Example - One stationary object like a table
Similarly, when the body moves from one place to another place with respect to its surroundings , then the body is said to be in motion.
Example - a moving bicycle
