Once upon a time - the boy asked for a glass of water - a glass of milk was given - years later - the woman became sick - the doctor paid the bill - the doctor said - a glass of milk was repaid by proper care and paying of bills

Once there was a poor boy called Michael who lived in Kerala. He was so poor he couldn't afford any food. He kept begging for alms but no one cared to give him. One day after a long day of begging ,He was feeling disappointed but, decided to try the last house. He knocked at the door and asked "can you give me something to eat/drink?" The women said yes and  offered him some milk. The boy was very happy and told her he would repay her by some way in the future. Many years later a famine came and the women who had offered milk to the boy was now sick and poor . After being treated she was anxious that the bill would be too much.When she asked for the bill ,she was surprised that she doesn't have to  pay the bill. As she returned home ,there was a note saying that"Just for a glass of milk".
