Hi!!

1) In Mendeleev’s periodic table, the elements were arranged in the increasing order of the atomic masses while in Modern Periodic Table the elements were arranged in increasing order of atomic number.

2) Medeleev's periodic table was based on the periodic law that the physical and chemical properties of elements are a periodic function of their atomic weights, while modern periodic table is based on the periodic law that the physical and chemical properties of elements are a periodic function of their atomic numbers.

3) Mendeleev’s periodic table contains six periods and eight groups while Modern Periodic table contains seven periods and eighteen groups.

4) Mendeleev's periodic table contains only 63 elements, while the modern periodic table contains 118 elements.

5) In Mendeleev’s periodic table, a group is further divided into subgroup A and subgroup B. This is not found in the modern periodic table.

 Hope helped!!
