Poland was a Communist satellite of Russia,Chile was a democracy in the late 60's until a communist elected government that was hopelessly incompetent, then a horrible military dictatorship under Pinochet (You know,one of those be ribboned,be medaled military buffoons,with a stiff uniform and a really big hat).Ever since then they seem to have come to their senses and done quite well for themselves-by the way they also possess the largest per-capita population of undoubtedly the most beautiful women in the world,
