India is a ""sovereign"" country.
There are people with different culture and languages.
The people in India follow many religions but the base religion in India is said to be Hinduism.
In UAE, the majority of the people are Muslims and the rules are strictly followed in UAE countries when compared to India.
In terms of traffic rules
The transport rules are very strict and the people who violate it undergo strict fine payment immediately.
But in India even if we violate the traffic rules, we are enough rich to bribe the officials and can escape from fine payment.
In terms of rape punishment
The punishment for the rapist is very severe and immediate punishment is given as soon as the rape is encountered.
But in the case of our country India, the rape case would undergo severe investigation for many years even after finding the rapist and at last he would be send for life long imprisonment and if the rapist have good political background he can easily escape from the punishment.
The most important thing in which we can compare our country to UAE is that “WOMEN ARE SAFE IN THEIR COUNTRY AND THE RESPECT THEY GIVE FOR WOMEN IS UP TO THE LEVEL”.
